RECENT WORK

Himalaya Rispanna Reshidhara Jalseva Yojana covers 343 Households with 1360 Habitants. It has seven tanks with total tanks capacity of 14,00,000 water storage, each with a Sediment Settler that removes suspended solids from the water supply. The “Settler” is a waste water treatment technique that uses sedimentation to filter suspended solids. These sediments can clog valves, disable osmosis and UV purification, and degrade hot water filters, causing harm to appliances. Project completed in 90 days and inaugurated by Chief Minister of Sikkim on 10-06-2022 in Reshi,Rhenock, East Sikkim.

The Apartment, Dorjee Villa, Chandmari- Gangtok East Sikkim is 4 storied building with 2 BHK. We started this project on 5th March'2021 during lockdown. This site was scheduled to complete in 365 days due to COVID policy it was delayed however we could complete this project in 482 days with interior work and gave complete solutions right from building the structure and making it successful business module by 31st July'2022.

We have undertaken 3 Hotels and 3 Residence around Gangtok with 1 Guest house project in Rhenock East Sikkim which we plan to complete in 400 days from the day we signed the agreement with client. All our present construction sites are under 24/7 CCTV Surveillance to provide best quality work and also maintain transparency with the client. Soon we will be providing client login panel to check work progress and also take live update of their site remotely.

We have taken 4 existing structure to convert better hotel in and around Gangtok with complete solutions to make successful business model.
